A Young Rosalind on Riptide

I was delighted to learn that the first season of one of my favorite 80s TV shows—Riptide— was recently released on DVD. I loved watching that show as a teen! I enjoyed the humor and the character interactions, and I even managed to look past the outlandish gadget that they envisioned for that show.

Well, guess who I saw in one of the earliest episodes? That's right. She looked younger back then, and she went by the name of Rosalind Ingledew. It was unmistakably her, though; after all, that beautiful facial bone structure is rather distinctive.

Ms. Ingledew was pretty, but a bit too skinny back then. Still, you could see that she was very fit, if her spectacular abs were any indication. Not quite enough body fat, but she still looked very good.

As for the role that she played... it was a bit cringeworthy, though this is no reflection on her. Read on, folks.
